MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS: A CORRELATIONAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

This study objective is to analyze the correlation of manpower development and organizational success . The research was conducted  across selected manufacturing company with 200 questionnaires distributed using simple random sampling technique inferential statistics such ordinary least square method (OLS) method of estimation were used to determine the influence of manpower development on organizational success dimensions using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The finding reveal that strong positive correlation between the independent variables (Career Advancement, Mentorship, and On-the-job Training) and organization success. The novel theoretical contributions of resource based theory provide more all inclusive understanding of the topic. It is recommended that, Career Advancement, Mentorship, and Training, will help guide effective initiatives and subsequently led to organisational success .
