Users participate in the creation of the content and services they view within the library's web presence, OPAC, etc. The consumption and creation of content is dynamic and thus roles of librarians and users are not always clear. Lack of management support/commitment for library development, lack of automation/functioning e-library section, lack of regular training and retraining of library staff on ICT usage, lack/weak Internet connectivity/bandwidth, and lack of awareness of library 2.0 are some of the challenges of using library 2.0 tools for library and information services delivery. The study suggested that academic library administrators should always update or inform library staff on the recent development in the profession. Emphasis should be placed on training and retraining libraries staff in order to acquire all the relevant and up to date library 2.0 skills to ensure effective use of the various tools of library 2.0 library in providing library and information services.
